Gary Beck

Gary has been a licensed real estate broker for over 30years, so he understand the factors that determing what a property is worth including location, usability, accessibility, grading, costs,the value of a view, build ability, etc.

 He has worked with the Open Space groups for many years but his focus is on individual clients. "I try to keep abreast of everything that is for sale in the mountain areas and I  believe I have a solid understanding of how to value a property and how easy it may be to sell." 

Gary enjoys working with people as evidence by the fact that almost all his business has been repeat customers and referrals for the past 20 years.
